Overall condition of exterior: Good. Interior: Teak and teak. Floor: Teak and holly sole over stringers. Hull stringers: Fiberglass. Bulkheads: Fiberglass, teak and marine plywood with teak laminate. hull is overbuilt for offshore use and is a very rigid hull.
Topside and full forward is an electric windless anchor control system. Stainless steel bow pulpit and stern pushpit rails. Double wire lifelines and stanchions forward with two opening gates mid ship, aft are solid upper stainless hand rails. Companion way entry has a canvas dodger. Rigging, mast, boom, halyards, sheets and related hardware are adequate for the vessel and intended use. Decks are clear of obstacles and all sail control lines are routed to the mast and cockpit. Boom is supported by boom gallows and the solar panels have stainless steel supports. Deck box located aft of the anchor windlass on bow.
Anchor chain locker is below decks and full forward. Entry is via two doors in head. Head has Lavac toilet; sink; and separate shower stall. Large double or small queen berth to port with large hanging locker to starboard. Navigation station and settee is center starboard; to port is table with L shaped seating. Galley to port side is U shaped with double stainless sinks; two burner propane stove; top and side entry refrigerator/freezer. Marble counter tops. Aft cabin starboard side with double berth and small hanging locker. Engine located under companion way stairs. Interior finished in teak. Fresh water pressure is provided by a 12v pump and hot water is provided by a 110/engine heated water heater. Additional fresh and salt water manual pumps at galley sink. Manual fresh water pump at head sink.
